Ex-Airbnb · Mutual NDA before any paid work · 90-day commitment: if your listings don’t improve, we run the Diagnostic again free
Rankbreeze is rank-tracking software for Airbnb, a self-serve dashboard that records where your listing appears for different guest counts and dates, from USD 29 a month. It’s good at the recording. What it can’t do is read the result, say why a position moved, and order the fixes. Rental Growth Advisors is that read, run by two ex-Airbnb Market Managers. Keep the tracker if you like the data; bring us in when you need the judgment.
Rankbreeze tracks your Airbnb search position daily, for different guest counts and check-in dates, at city level, and mails you the movement weekly. It tracks competitor prices, scans markets, and gives you a journal to log listing changes and watch what happens next. Its published plans run USD 29 a month for three listings to USD 129 for thirty. If what you want is a consistent record of where you appear, it does that job, and it keeps doing it alongside us.
Airbnb re-orders search results for every guest. The same two listings can appear in a different order for two people running the same search, because the sort responds to each guest’s dates, filters, history, and location. A tracker handles this by sampling: it runs a standard search and records where you land. That makes the record a trend line, and trend lines are useful. It also means that when the line drops, the dashboard can’t say whether demand shifted, a competitor repriced, your cover photo stopped earning the tap, or a quality signal started reading against you. Four different causes, four different fixes, one identical-looking drop.
We’re two ex-Airbnb Market Managers, and reading that kind of movement from the inside was the job. The Listing Diagnostic reads your visibility, conversion, and quality in one pass, scores the listing 0 to 100 on the RGA Algorithm Index, and hands you the problems ranked, so you know what to change first and what can wait. Basic is USD 399 for one listing or USD 846 for four. Pro, USD 799 for one or USD 949 for four, is the one we recommend, because it adds the competitive read against your market, your title and description rewritten for you, and a live 30-minute call with a founder. At four listings, Pro works out to about USD 237 each with the rewrite included; Rankbreeze sells that as a standalone service at USD 397 a listing. You work directly with us under NDA; nothing gets passed to juniors.

Want a daily record and you enjoy running your own tests? Keep Rankbreeze; the journal plus a disciplined routine is a real setup. Want to know why the calendar is soft and what to change first? That’s the Listing Diagnostic. Five listings or more run on the Portfolio Diagnostic, one framework across the whole set. If you’d rather have the reading done for you every month, that’s the Visibility Program, and you can keep the tracker under it. And if you’re the DIY type who’d rather learn the read itself than subscribe to another dashboard, the Academy teaches it, from a 30-day Sprint to a 10-week intensive.

Is Rankbreeze worth it?
If what you want is daily rank tracking, yes, it’s a workable tool: published plans run USD 29 a month for three listings to USD 129 for thirty, with competitor price tracking and a testing journal included. Its limit is interpretation. It records positions; it doesn’t say why they moved or what to fix first. Plenty of hosts run a tracker and bring in a human read when the trend line turns.
▸
What’s the difference between Rankbreeze and Rental Growth Advisors?
Rankbreeze is software you operate yourself: it samples your search position and records it. Rental Growth Advisors is a diagnostic run by two ex-Airbnb Market Managers: we read your visibility, conversion, and quality, score the listing 0 to 100, and hand you the fixes in order. One gives you the data, the other gives you the decision.
▸
Can I use Rankbreeze and RGA together?
Yes, and it’s a sensible pairing. The tracker keeps the daily record and logs your tests; the Diagnostic tells you which change to make first and why. Under the Visibility Program you can keep the tracker running and we do the monthly reading on top of it.
▸
Why did my Airbnb ranking drop if I changed nothing?
Because Airbnb re-orders results for every guest’s search, a tracked position is a sample, and samples move for reasons outside your listing: demand shifting, competitors repricing, seasonal windows opening. When a drop holds across weeks, the cause is usually one of four things: price position, availability, search-card conversion, or a quality signal. Telling those apart is what a diagnostic is for.
▸
Does Rankbreeze write your Airbnb listing for you?
It sells an add-on called the Optimized Listing Service at USD 397 per property, one time, covering a rewritten description, competitor analysis, and photo suggestions. At RGA the rewrite comes inside Diagnostic Pro, USD 799 for one listing or USD 949 for four, together with the competitive read, the full scored diagnostic, and a live 30-minute call with a founder to walk through it. At four listings that’s about USD 237 each with everything included, against USD 397 a listing for the standalone service.
▸
Will RGA get me to #1 on Airbnb?
Nobody can promise that, because Airbnb re-orders results for every guest’s search; there is no single #1 to hold. What a read changes is how often you appear in the searches that matter and how often that appearance turns into a booking. Those move with the fixes, and they’re the numbers we score.
