Is the call free?
Yes, and there's no obligation. It's a call about fit and scope, not a sales call. Paid work only starts if you choose a Diagnostic or another service afterwards.

Do I need a call before hiring you?
Absolutely not. Every service is self-serve: choose your listing count, pay online, and your report comes back to you. The call is only for when you have questions or want to meet us first. If you’d like a founder on a call, the Pro Diagnostic includes a 30-minute one.

Around 20 minutes, with one of the two founders. Only the Listing and Portfolio Diagnostics carry the 90-day commitment: if your listings haven't improved after 90 days, measured on the impressions and clicks in your own dashboard, we run the Diagnostic again free. We account for seasonality, so a quiet quarter doesn't count against you. The Visibility Program and Rating Rescue work differently.
