Purpose of this website. RGA provides consulting services that help short-term-rental operators improve the visibility and performance of their listings, along with related training, a paid community and free tools.
Independence. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. RGA is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb or any other booking platform mentioned on this site. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property. All content on this website — text, methodology descriptions, tools, design and branding — belongs to RGA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape or reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use this website or its free tools in any way that is unlawful, that overloads or disrupts the site, or that involves automated bulk extraction of content.
Free tools. Our free tools (title generator, description generator, fee calculator, empty-nights calculator, amenities checklist) produce automated, informational suggestions. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You remain responsible for your listing and pricing decisions.
External links. This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Hosting. This website is hosted on Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands).
Our services are offered exclusively to businesses and professionals — hosts and property managers who operate short-term rentals as an economic activity. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and not as a consumer. These Terms do not affect any rights that mandatory law may grant parties who qualify as consumers.
Listing Diagnostic — a written diagnostic report on a single listing’s visibility and performance.
Portfolio Diagnostic — a written diagnostic report covering a portfolio of listings.
Visibility Program — an ongoing advisory engagement, as described on its service page.
Rating Rescue — a targeted advisory service for listings with rating problems.
RGA Academy — live, cohort-based training programs.
RGA Insiders — a paid monthly membership (newsletter and community).
What each service includes, its price and its delivery timeframe are stated on the corresponding service page and at checkout. Those descriptions form part of these Terms.
Purchases are made through our online checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Prices are shown in USD and, where taxes apply, this will be indicated at checkout. We can issue invoices on request — write to admin@rentalgrowthadvisors.com.
To deliver a diagnostic we need accurate information about your listing(s). Delivery timeframes count from the moment we have everything we need from you.
Our 90-Day Guarantee applies only to the Listing Diagnostic and the Portfolio Diagnostic, under the conditions described on our guarantee page: results are measured in your own dashboard and adjusted for seasonality. If your results have not improved under those conditions, we will produce a new diagnostic report for you at no cost. This new report is the sole and exclusive remedy under the guarantee; the guarantee does not include monetary refunds. It does not apply to the Visibility Program, Rating Rescue, the Academy, RGA Insiders or the free tools.
Academy seats are limited and allocated per cohort. Booked Solid in 30 Days is paid in full at checkout. For the 10-Week Occupancy Intensive, payment is split: 50% to reserve your seat and 50% due the day before the cohort starts, and a maximum of 2 seats per team applies. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to the next available cohort or receive a refund of the amounts you have paid for it.
RGA Insiders is a monthly subscription managed through beehiiv. It renews automatically each month and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already billed are not refunded pro rata.
Our services begin performance shortly after purchase and are delivered as bespoke work products. Except as expressly stated in these Terms (clause 2.5 remedy, clause 2.6 cohort cancellation) or where required by mandatory law, payments are non-refundable.
All intellectual work we produce — diagnostic reports, analyses, recommendations, scorecards, methodology, frameworks and know-how — is and remains the exclusive property of RGA. When you buy a service, you receive a non-transferable licence to use the deliverables internally, within your own business, and nothing more. You may not reproduce, publish, share, resell, translate or distribute them, in whole or in part, or use them to build, train or improve competing products or services. Any breach ends the licence immediately and entitles us to pursue every remedy available under the NDA and applicable law.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with every client before work begins. The NDA protects both sides: the information you share with us about your business, and the intellectual work we deliver to you. Reproducing or disclosing our deliverables or methodology outside your own business is a breach of the NDA and of these Terms. The NDA’s obligations remain in force after the engagement ends.
We provide independent advice based on our methodology and publicly observable platform behavior. Booking platforms change their algorithms without notice, and results depend substantially on how you implement our recommendations. Beyond the remedy in clause 2.5, we do not promise any specific ranking, occupancy or revenue outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amounts you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain.

Contact and billing data you provide at checkout or when booking a call (name, email, company).

Business contact data of short-term-rental companies and professionals, obtained from public and professional sources, which we may use to contact you with relevant business proposals.
To deliver the services you buy and manage your account — performance of a contract.
To bill you and comply with tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
To send you our newsletter and marketing communications you signed up for — consent (you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link).
To contact businesses and professionals in our sector with relevant proposals — legitimate interest (you can object at any time and we will stop).
To measure how the website is used and improve our marketing — consent, via cookies.
We share data only with the providers we need to run the business, acting as processors or independent controllers: Stripe (payments), beehiiv (newsletter and Insiders), Calendly (call bookings), Google Workspace (email and internal documents), Framer (website hosting), and — only if you consent to the corresponding cookies — Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn. We do not sell your data.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
For as long as our relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or object.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing — including to any further business outreach — by writing to admin@rentalgrowthadvisors.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it.
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are needed for the site to work; others are used for analytics or advertising and are only set with your consent.
